Keep moving forward.  Work the plan.  Practice your coping skills.  That's what you do.  Talk to people.  Get help.  Reach out. 

I made a counseling appointment. 

I'm writing.

I bought myself a toy.

I'm surrounding myself with rainbows.

I spent some time laughing.

I put new sheets on my bed.

I took a shower. 

For now it's enough.
